Interior Design Masters : Series 2

DSP for BBC Two

Tuesday 2nd  February 8pm.

Editor Sam Frost

Interior Design Masters is back for a second series, this time hosted by the wonderful Alan Carr. Ten talented new designers are all looking for their big break in the fast-paced world of commercial interior design. They will be competing to win a contract with one of the UK’s top boutique hotels. Design expert and former editor of Elle Decoration Michelle Ogundehin returns as the series judge.

Each week, the designers will be set a new commercial design challenge, to take on the interiors of show homes, offices, hotels, shops, beach huts, salons, restaurants and luxury holiday villas.  Michelle is joined each week by a different guest expert, on hand to offer their advice and appraisal. The series includes appearances by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Linda Boronkay, and Matthew Williamson.

Editor Sam Frost is enjoying working on the series.  She said that it’s been great. “It was bit of a crazy schedule to start, but I think that was partly due to adjusting to working from home.  DSP execs Donna and Claire are both lovely – and it’s been brilliant having Alan Carr as the presenter on this one – had me in tears quite a few times (laughing obviously!)   I can’t really say anything negative – fantastic transformations, funny contributors especially Siobhan – and I’m sure it will do really well.”

Series 2 starts Tuesday 2nd  February, 8pm on BBC2
