Fred has worked her way up from a facilities background and has experience with a wide range of programming including children’s programmes, light entertainment, reality, factual entertainment and daytime.  Fred’s enthusiastic personality and friendly manner make her very popular with clients.  She loves to work across a varied client base and particularly loves working on anything to do with food or travel.
